Hi! I’m Josipa Bauser,

a UXR Leader, Coach, Startup Advisor, and Professor with a focus on product development, customer centricity, and leadership in tech. With nearly 15 years of experience in building and leading UXR functions across startups and big tech in Silicon Valley and Europe, I specialize in shaping product strategy and enhancing UI/UX for both B2B and B2C products.

I’ve successfully led teams of quantitative and qualitative researchers to deliver insights that transform decision-making, prioritization, and roadmap planning. My leadership has empowered high-performing teams to consistently achieve and exceed their goals.

In addition to my industry experience, I also teach Qualitative Research in Innovation and Customer Experience at IE Business School in Madrid.

Through my coaching and training, I’ve guided over 100 aspiring UX researchers and leaders toward impactful careers.

I frequently speak at international conferences, including UXDX and UX360, sharing my experience and focus on impactful research.

Having seen many research reports go unused, I am a strong advocate for impactful research and actionable insights. That is why these principles are at the core of my consulting and coaching approach.

I hold a PhD in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri, USA.
